Horizon has great customer service and are very knowledgeable about their products. Whenever we need help or assistance they come to the office within 24 hours. We called Horizon and they were extremely pleasant and helpful on the phone. The service technician, Mike, showed up that same day and diagnosed the problem quickly. A part needed to be ordered which he had the very next day, he installed it and copier is working perfectly. The service we received was excellent, Mike was a pleasure to deal with and the price was extremely reasonable! Happy customer!!
