We called Horizon and they were extremely pleasant and helpful on the phone. The service technician, Mike, showed up that same day and diagnosed the problem quickly. A part needed to be ordered which he had the very next day, he installed it and copier is working perfectly. The service we received was excellent, Mike was a pleasure to deal with and the price was extremely reasonable! Happy customer!!
